Job duties--
· Processes customers HVAC service requests timely and
accurately into computerized dispatching ESC service system
· Prioritizes service requests, determines the needs of
the customer and matches the appropriate technician
· Manages, plans, and schedules preventative maintenance
work orders based on priority agreements
· Relayed work orders, messages, and information to and from
crews via two-way base radios
· Manages to effectively and efficiently schedule and
route HVAC technicians to meet daily workload needs
· Continuous monitoring of workload and field technicians,
including pre-notification of customer and follow-up
· Monitors progress of service technician and field work
and adjusts plans accordingly throughout each day
· Ensures high field productivity through proper work
planning and coordination; minimizes technicians down time and travel

parts for repair through computerized system; notifies the technician of
the destination of the component to enable the technician to perform
service required

hour's incoming phone calls (both emergency and none emergency)

the appropriate manager for further investigation
